Raw Superfood Bar

    Recipe for 10 bars

    100% raw super food bar that is packed with fiber, protein and sufficient energy to fuel a long day at work or any type of exercise. It is also packed with heart friendly fats, magnesium and antioxidants all ensuring an optimal functioning of your body!

    Ingredients:

    1 cup of dates, soaked for 30 minutes or until they are soft

    ½ cup of raw almonds – broken in big pieces

    ½ cup raw pecans – broken in big pieces

    ½ cup cranberries

    3 tablespoons sesame seeds

    3 tablespoons goji berries

    3 tablespoons sunflower seeds

    Directions:

    • Chop your dates in a food processor. You need them in small pieces and not completely mashed.

    • Mix with the nuts, sunflower seeds and cranberries and stir until they are mixed very well.

    • Place among 2 sheets of baking paper and press to shape a large area.

    • Cut in 10 pieces and cover with the sesame seeds.

    * You can also create nice shapes with your mixture and serve your raw superfod bar as cocktail size snacks
