Clinical Dietician - Nutritionist

Christina is a clinical dietitian and nutritionist. She has a B.Sc. from King’s College London in Nutrition and Dietetics, and did her registration work for clinical dietetics in two big central London hospitals. She also holds a M.Sc. in Nutritional Medicine from the University of Surrey which is one of the leading courses in nutrition science globally.

She practices as a clinical dietitian in Cyprus since 2000.

Her journey as a dietitian and nutritional therapist took a different turn when MY-NUTRILOSOPHY® was created in 2014. Teaming up with her friends and colleagues Tina and Vanessa helped her realize it was the right time to open up to more natural, holistic and integrative approaches in nutritional therapy.

Christina combines her clinical dietetic background with cutting-edge scientific knowledge and a series of functional tests to get to the root cause of disease and identify the dietary needs of each individual. Her increasing knowledge on herbal medicine, biochemical pathways and functional medicine allows her to use the best therapeutic tools for each individual.

Her main objective is to give the body the optimum nutritional support for repairing itself. Through her practice she has helped thousands of people and small children to support their health with good nutrition and to cope with serious health problems.

Christina’s new book “Anticancer – The Preventive Power of Food” will be released in December 2016.

In 2012 she wrote her first book “How to become Your Own Dietitian”. The book was published by an established Greek publishing and sold thousands of copies.

Christina has always been very passionate about spreading the message of good nutrition. She has participated in large government funded health promotion programs in her community. Between the years 2006 and 2016 she ran her own website on nutrition and health issues. Throughout her career she gave countless lectures, seminars, workshops and interviews on a great number of nutrition topics. She is especially passionate about teaching healthy eating habits to kids and she very often talks about nutrition at schools, summer camps, local sports teams etc.
